Interim Dividend

Shareholders should note that the closing date for shareholders to be eligible for the interim dividend announced by the Company is officially 28 August 2006. However, to ensure that shareholders are recorded, shares should be held up until the 23 August at least.

Regarding taxes on dividends, there are different tax regulations in different countries. We therefore recommend reading the following in our prospectus (available on this website): pages 187 to 194 for a description of certain taxation regulations, and pages 198 to 203 for guidance on certain countries' restrictions regarding the shares offered in the IPO.
